How to add editors to your project?
To add other users to your project, click Share button in top-right corner of the artboard to open the modal window.
To add a user, click on the Invite by email (1) input and enter the user's email address. If the user is registered in Octopus, they will be assigned Can edit
(3) permission by default. If the user is not registered in Octopus, their status will remain Pending
(2) until they register, after which it will change to Can edit
by default.
Every invited user's permission level can be changed to one of three options: Can view
, Can comment
, or Can edit
.
There is no limit to how many users can be invited to a project. Adding users to a project is free.
