Sharing your project

When created, a project by default is publicly available in read-only mode via project URL link.

In Sharing settings, project owner can change access rights for different user groups:

1. Set read-only or comment rights to anyone accessing the project with URL link, whether the user is a member of the project or not
2. Add project members with edit rights by default, but available to change to read-only or comment

👉 Pro plan and Team plan users can restrict access to their projects by password.

Note that project members will not be required to enter password

👉 Team plan users additionally can:

1. Set edit access with a URL link to streamline their collaboration with their clients
2. Restrict project access to members only

In team space, team owner and team managers can change project access rights settings.
