Changing the legacy subscription

We recently moved to a new payment provider - Stripe. We had to do this because some users reported payment errors during their subscription. It is recommended that you switch your account to the new payment gateway.

To do this, please:

  1. Cancel your current subscription
  2. Contact us so we can manually cancel the billing period
  3. Resubscribe by visiting Subscription

Please note that your current projects will be archived. You can reactivate them once you resubscribe.
