I haven’t received a verification code. What can I do?

To complete registration, a verification code is automatically sent to the registered email address.

In 99.9% of cases, the email is delivered without any issues. However, in rare situations, problems may occur for the reasons below:

  • Typo in the email address during registration. The verification code may have been sent to the wrong address.
  • The email was marked as spam. Please check your spam or junk folder.
  • The email was filtered or quarantined by spam filters, security scanners, or corporate firewalls. Check your quarantine folder or contact your system administrator to ensure our domain is whitelisted.
