Troubleshooting
We strive to deliver a high-quality experience with this app, but errors may still occur for reasons beyond our control. If you encounter an error, please try the following:
- Ensure that your project access rights are set to "Anyone with the link can view/comment/edit."
- In Designer mode, check if Webflow indicates a connection error with a crossed WiFi icon.
- Close the app, refresh the page, and try importing again.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact us with case details, including your project ID, and we will do our best to assist you.
